i went vegan, ate healthy, jogged, yoga, and did crunches which are tummy crucial. get yo-self a work out plan and a on a healthy eating schedule girl and you'll be happier every week! it feels really good. although, i'm positive you don't need to be losing any weight. you look cute as hell to me.
